She Said Yes!
I talked with my mother tonight regarding the rats, and there’s not much more to say than she practically said “yes”! She wants to see the pictures of the rats tomorrow, and read their descriptions, and she’ll give me her answer then as to whether or not I can submit the application, but she essentially said she doesn’t care what I do because she’s not going to be caring for them, so I’m accepting that as that she’s leaning towards yes. The only issue I foresee is that she has the same idea surrounding rescue rats as I used to; after seeing these girls, my mind has changed, as I feel I’ve met babies better than any breeder could have to offer me. Regardless, I’ll be printing out the application form and compiling a draft e-mail, having it ready to send tomorrow if when my mother says yes! How could you say no to those darling faces?
I’ve also come up with more names that might suit the babies and am currently taking suggestions. Any and all suggestions should be sent to playingpretend@live.com. The current names I have are, for “Twin One,” Chloe and Faylinn, and for “Twin Two,” Cleo and Everest. I’ll be scouring Baby Names.com tonight for a list of more names I feel might be right for these girls.
